What can I do if my dress doesn't match the details in my order?

Before we ship your dress out, our quality control staff will verify all details of your dress very strictly. If the finished dress is not in accordance with the one in your order, we will not ship it to you. So the dresses we ship out are usually in accordance with the details in your order.

Unsuitable Sizes
1. If you find that your dress doesn’t fit you, you can contact with our customer service staff first, photographed the sizes of the dress you receive, and then send us the size pictures or video.
2. After we verify the pictures or video you provide to us, if the size problem is due to the wrong sizes you input when you place the order, and the size difference is not very large, we can alter the dress for you. But the customers need to bear the freight. If the size difference is very large, then the dress cannot be modified. Under this circumstance, if the customers are willing to provide the correct sizes and want us to remake one, we can remake one for them.
3. To make the dress fit, the dress sizes are usually a little larger than the sizes you provide to us, generally no more than one inch. So one inch size difference is allowed.
4. Before you take any activity, you should contact with our customer service representatives first. We don’t allow any activity without our promise. All order question should be raised within 3 days after you receive your goods, or they will not be resolved.

Colors not as described
A small difference is allowed. We have mentioned in the product page that color deviation may exist(due to the display settings of your computer monitor). If there is a large color difference,please send the pictures or videos to our customer service, then we will verify it. If the color difference is caused by our mistake, we will be responsible for it. You can choose accept your dress with some discount or return the dress and get the refund. If it is caused by the buyers’ wrong choice, customers can place another order for it with right color.

Material not as described
In the product page, all the items have instructions for the specified material of the dress as showed in the picture. If you have no other material requirements, we will deal it with described material. If you have other special material request, please remarks in your order. We will record and make a copy of material for each clothes when delivered. If you find the material is not the same as what you demand, we will verify it. If the material of the clothing is sure the wrong one, and it’s caused by us, we will be responsible for it, you can choose to accept it with a discount or return it and get refund. If it’s not caused by our mistake, you can place another order for it, and then we will make a new one for you.

If you did not buy your product directly from Everytide.com, you will need to contact the vendor who sold it to you.
